Reglas / Rules:
1. No se puede soltar la barra. Si lo haces te eliminas / You cannot drop the barbell. If you do then you are done.
2. Puedes descansar durante tu 7 series cualquiera excepto no en el piso. Si lo haces te eliminas / You can rest during your 7 sets anywhere except on the floor. If you rest on the floor then you are done.
3. Puedes descansar sea necesario entre cada ronda / You can rest as needed between rounds.
4. Despues cada ronda exito, vas a subir tu peso por la proxima ronda / After each successful round, you will increase you load for the next round.
